decade total     48 / 100

Nearly half of the top 100 jazz songs, as ranked by JazzStandards.com, were created in this decade. The 40s have 26 in the top 100. I haven’t counted those of the twenties yet.

There are only three songs from the 1950s in the top 100, and none after 1954 (Misty). 1980 produced the last song admitted into the top 1,000 with the song Love Dance.
