More Candy
To me, by far the most interesting thing about this tune is the illustration on the front cover of the sheet music. The combination of a puffy short party dress with strapless top, over black leggings and white pumps (with white garters worn non-functionally on the lower calves!), suggests 1980s to me more than 1917. Not the hat, though.
